Since I have started acupuncture my teeth grinding is not nearly as bad as it was. As my body is becoming more and more balanced--I am getting better from all my ailments I suffered from. Seeing an acupuncuturist for 2 hrs and paying $65.00 is well worth it.

I noticed you were talking about the benefits the acupuncture is having for your grinding. I wanted to ask because I was thikning for awhile now of trying that as well. Does it hurt alot with the needles and stuff? I am glad you are finding some relief because anything that can make you feel a bit better is a great thing. have a great rest of the weekend

Acupunture does not hurt at all, the needles are so fine some of them you don't feel at all. Some people do have a slight reaction to the needle it's self if they have a sensitivity to metals, but it's generally just a local hive that will go away. Accupressure helps alot as well if you are fearful of needles. Send me a personal email and I will get you some information on pressure pointing--It works great as well.
