    Dreams Can Come True
If you take the time to think about what you want in life…
    Get to know yourself
    Find out who you are
    Choose your goals carefully
    Be honest with yourself
    Don’t become preoccupied with yourself
Or think about yourself so much that you analyze every word and action
Find many interests and pursue them
Find out what is important to you
Find out what you are good at

What a Friend we have in Jesus.
I found a friend eight years ago,

  • When to Stop and Knocking Doors

Tuesday, October 21, 2008 | An Inspiring story

I’m considering stopping where I am in the painting I’m doing of my brother’s barn.  I get this way when I paint … fired up at the beginning, then play with textures and colors … but then I get to a point where I think it’s time to stop.  Back when I could afford to paint in a classroom setting, my teachers would always make me go further than...

  • "I Voted" Sticker

Tuesday, November 4, 2008 | An Inspiring story

I think we can all agree tonight is a historic night. Regardless of how you feel about Obama I hope we are all inspired by the amazing turnout and the emotional investment in this election we have never seen before.
Today I was doing rounds at Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center. It is common to have many folks hanging out in the waiting rooms outside of the surgical ICU waiting for the "5 ...

Well my SIL didn't show for Christmas, nor my oldest brother Curt, nor my dad, nor my DIL.  Who did show was our kids and grandbaby, my brother David, my mom, and all the nieces and nephews that have been cut off from their family, and they brought their significant others.

  • Attitude

Thursday, October 29, 2009 | An Inspiring story

Your right mental attitude towards God's Divine promise will bring any promise to pass.
Now, maybe you don't believe that. You say, "Well, my faith is weak."
I wouldn't confess it. Don't let the Devil know that. Always say, "I've got good faith. I believe God with all my heart." Don't testify of nothing that is of the Devil.
And when you accept Him as your...
