When you are sad, or depressed can your tnnitus react to it?
I know it does when you are having anxiety.
I am going through some personal things right now, and I have noticed my T. is reacting very loud.
I keep thinking it must be the weather or time change.
Just wondering.
Maybe a good comedy this weekend?????

" When I get tense or stressed my T definitely reacts and gets more intense and high pitched. I'll usually leave the room and get away from the stress if I can. The people around me have learned to know why I'm disappearing. "

" Kassandra,

I am a big believer that the T definately reacts to our emotions. How we react and deal with different situations has a major impact on the noise. And then of course when the T goes up, we get just a little more anxious about it and that makes the T go up etc etc......

A real nasty cycle yes? I think the trick here is to break it. A really good saying to go with this post......

My life is 10% of what happens to me and 90% of how I react......

Best wishes
Mandy "
