I haven't posted in awhile but wanted to share something that might help. My T got very loud this week for no good reason that O could figure. I was wondering if I ate too much sodium, or something. The I got some info from the Kevin Hogan series for T, that Motrin is as bad as aspirin! I've been taking it all week for a pulled back muscle. I'm stopping now and hope it goes back down. Just a warning.

" I'm almost finished with the book and find it very insightful and easy to read. I also have just begun listening to the cd's., in adjunct with Neuromonics, and traditional therapy with a Psychologist who has herself experienced T. Since the first cd's are primarily information, I still have not tried the self-hypnosis ones, which come later. There's an order in this. I will journal about it when I get to it. I do like his style however so far. You might want to just read his book and see if it for you. Feel free to read my journal on this and the Neurmonics!

Leslie "

" I started with Nature's Way 5-HTP (50mg). One in the morning and one at night. Takes a couple days to notice. I got it at Fred Meyers, most stores carry natures way brand. Increase every couple of days to 2 pills morning/night. I cant take the full 2 yet. So I take 1 and 1/2. Last night MrT was so far away. This morning he is complaining, but still is not that loud. I also take a Super B-Complex(1/2 in the A.M) that I believe helps me. Every once in a while(when I get brave) I take some spirulina(1 pill).
