I used to have fuctuating t and the last month it went to all the time. I do have cronic sinus and should take care of that, and I had an ear test and I am about the same on hearing. Can weather change or allergies make me loose good days?

Allergies and sinus can make tinnitus worse temporarily. Yes, weather has been known as well to affect tinnitus but I wouldn't worry about it to much. The good news is your hearing hasn't changed. "
