Anyone with a Pulmonary Embolism?

I had a Pulmonary Embolism in december and thought it was just because of birth control at first but now my dilated axillary vein in my right arm and the pressure I feel and pain around my right shoulder has definitely got me paranoid. Went to vascular surgeon and they're checking for thoracic outlet syndrome. Did anyone else suffer a Pulmonary embolism with this syndrome?
