Recommendation: Miricle Balls
  Book / Video

  Post:
I have been using these Miricle Balls to release the tension in my neck, shoulders, ribs and back that has developed as a result of TOS. They were developed by a woman named Elaine Petrone who cured herself of chronic pain & pinched nerves fron a mysterious ailment using these balls. She even was able to return to her career dancing. a very inspiring story.

Basically, I lie on the balls on different pressure points and do deep relaxation- it's amazing stretching and gravity does the work for you!

This is one of the only ways I have been able to manage my pain & continue some of my daily activities. I highly reccomend you try them!!

The Miricle Balls are avilable at Indigo/ Chapters in Canada with an intructive book for $22. Visit Elaine's website at www.elainepetrone.com

" I recommend Miracle Balls to everyone I know. They are a wonderfully cheap way to practice self-care. They made a big difference to both my husband and I. (He has had chronic back pain since have a herniated disc.) We had to buy a second set so we wouldn't fight over them :) "
