i am 24 male and dr cant figure out why i have sever pain in both testciules and they move all time and hurt today they feel like some ones has been punching them for days. ouch. an advise plz help me out

sorry man,i have the same problem and i don't even have visited a doctor becouse i'm scared don't know what to do with this pain for one year, if you have any advice let me know.

You really need to go to your doctor. Many other reasons to have pain in the testicles other than cancer. If it happened to be testicle cancer, it is very treatable and curable when caught early.
