Hydrocele or Cancer?

I'm 18 years old and my right teste is about 2-3 times larger than my left. I looked it up online and saw testicular cancer and flipped out but then it said that cancer is represented by a tumor. I searched myself and found no tumor at all, and i was very thorough. Then i saw hydrocele which seemed more believable because sometimes it will be the same size as my left but then swell up the next day. I can't see a doctor cuz i have no insurance, any idea what this could be, also no pain present at all and now discomfort.
