There is a sore spot when pressure is applied (What I can only decribe as internal) i think it's around that 'gland' area, its not the actually testicular area itself. I was worried at first but it already feels a bit better, I coughed.. REALLY hard a few days ago and remember it twinging, is that possible? There is still some sensation or pain..do I suggest it to a doc or wait a few days and keep checking...?

I had luekemia, AML when I was 12 and it's 'common' for it to 'return' as testicular cancer.. that's the only real reason for concern.
