ok i am a God loving and praising Christian. now since i became a Chhristian i have learned alot about sin and sexual impurity. my question is how can i save myself from falling into sin? i am a human being which means that i feel the urge from time to time to just feel good physiclly even for a moment. how can i keep myself from falling into sin? i love the Lord with all my heart and i ask him for help and he does but from time to time i fail andd give in to sin. last time i kept my thoughts and eyes clean by not watching or thinking of porn while i did it but i still felt guilty when i was done. how can i just stop all together?

You need to remember that you have the holy Spirit in you and doing such things only brings sorrow to the Holy Spirit who resides in you. I think being alert of that should help you from refraining. Plus, think of how guilty you feel after and masturbation is sexual impurity and of the flesh. Are you living to please yourself? or to please God?

It all matters on if you wanna stop or not for your own self and religion.. or still feel strong for religion and do it cuz it makes you feel good.
either way God is going to love you. i personally dont see this as a sin. its better to masterbate then to have sex anyways. Its pleaseing yourself and exploring your body. different people have different opinions on this. what ever you want to do. God will alwas love you and always still be there XD

I'm not judging anyone's choices; yours is to stop. For anything that you wish to stop one method used in hypnotherapy is to think of 2-3 good reasons, then repeat a phrase that includes these reasons at least every morning and before sleep. The best time is when your mind enters its 'twilight' state (1/2 asleep or 1/2 awake). For example, to stop smoking ... 3 reasons: - can give cleaner kisses to my (girlfriend) - will have cleaner hands - can use the saved money to go out "As I stop smoking I can go out more with (Mary), touching/holding her with cleaner hands and enjoying better / deeper kisses." (repeat 3-5 times) twice daily, its okay to write it down. Reasons to stop masturbating: - feel closer to God - show my love through obedience / action - my body will be cleaner after - I will feel emotionally cleaner - I can stop lying about it; i want to be honest * add you own.

God still loves you, no matter what.
Im a christian too(: no im not perfect, and yes i make mistakes. mine arent masturbating but rather than actually having sex with guys. God looks at all sin as the same.... and everyone will always sin. but im sure he's rather have you masturbate then to have sex before marriage. idk.... just thought id say that.. try looking it up in the Bible, about what it says.
