" Absolutely, along with concentrating, breathing, swallowing, and just about every other move you make while awake can aggravate it. "

" your not insane. But you are most likely doing alot of clenching in your sleep, that will give you alot of "ringing". An NTI would be a great place to start. "

" I love to talk so what I had to learn to do is talk with my teeth closer together, some of us are more expressive and move our jaw more.

Good luck, Jeremey has a great idea... "

" Yep. I'm a yapper too. BUT, I do have an NTI that protects me from clenching at night. The ringing in the ear thing is very common among people with TMJ.Mine comes and goes, but, is aggravating when I have it. You will probably notice several "quirky" symptoms with this condition. Rest assured, some, if not all, of us have dealt with most them. Good luck to you. "
