" Yes, I am exactly the same way. I prefer to be standing or walking around. Sitting makes the muscles in my jaw spasm more. "

" Yep. I am the same way. I think that "we" push our head and neck forward when we sit, therefore causing a strain on the neck and jaw muscles. I do this and have to make a conscious effort to pull my neck back in line with my spine. Why do we do this? Who knows, but most of us do. "

No wonder that the only thing I can do - while I am sleeping - is to clenching on my NTI. "

" When I am at work my jaw is worse especially when I am under pressure and stressed out. It feels much better when I get home. Its definitely stress related and posture too. "
