Hey guys, I havnt been around much but just wondered if anyone here has tried Osteopathy for their TMJ and whether they had any success with it?
Jaw and spine problems is something they claim Osteopathy can treat as well as problems with poor posture which some people believe can lead to TMJ. Its not that expensive, about £250 for a series of sessions so thinking of trying it. Posted on 05/11/09, 04:05 am |

I have been seeing an osteopath since september and it has really helped. It manages my syptoms and helps with some of the pain. You should try cranial osteopathy as this works on your head and helps keep evertything moving. But it is also important to keep the rest of the body in line too. I would definately recomment it
