TMJ and holidays!

I just came back from a week in Bali, totally relaxing and doing nothing much at all (I live in Perth, Western Australia).
I noticed the whole time I was on holiday I had no jaw pain or symptoms at all.......now my first day back at work and I can feel it coming back again slightly. I am trying to stay relaxed and hope this helps.
Amazing how stress affects us.

" Debski I too have found this to be the case and I finally figured out what it was.........sitting at a desk and driving. Both of those are essential to life these days but those are what cause me quite a bit of pain. Those are also the 2 things I don't do much of when I'm on vacation..........ohhhhhh if we could all just live on vacation;) "

" Floridakris, I totally agree, I think its sititng at the desk all day that is definitely a big contribution but I can't afford to give up work unfortunately. Yes if only we could be on vacation all the time hehe "
