You should check out TMJ HOPE on facebook(TMJHOPE.org is also great), there are quite a few members from England. Also there is a TMJ support group for people from England on facebook as well......if you private message me I will give you the link to that page.

Dawny have you looked into Patrick Grossman? I've heard good things about him for TMJ and he is in London, but he is private. I'm guessing the UK groups might be able to help you locate someone.
