Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) Support Group

I didn't mean to upset anyone with this but it got my blood boiling. I know many are on the fence as to whether or not to vaccinate their newbies and just wanted to pass some info. My whole life, I believed the benefits of vaccinesoutweighed the risks and maybe it did at one time...now that I am the mom of an angel, I just can not say that anymore. I can't look at any parent who lost kids right after shots and say this, just like I wouldn't be able to look at a parent with an autistic child or a child who was talking before vaccines and mute less than 24 hours later (it happens too) and say it.....I have really become anti-vaccine here...when I was a kid, there were 7 required series of vaccines to go to school....now there is like 28-30...

The thing that really got me was when I point blank asked my pediatrician if he felt that the vaccines had any part in Joeys death and all he would say is he didn't know. I said well off the record what is your oppinion and he said yes he felt like that was the only thing that would make sense with Joeys circumstances because he did not fall into any of the other risk factors and due to the timing of his shots and the shots that he had. I am very thankful for him being honest with me but it blew me away.
