Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) Support Group

OMG! What is the government doing to our children?! I just can't believe that we know that this vaccines is dangerous to children's brainstem and yet we are continuing to give it to them. So we know that in a majority of SIDS cases there is an abnormality in the brainstem (Hanna Kinney's research) and we know that a chemical in the Hep B vaccine/H1N1 vaccine causes brainstem abnormalities (this article Kathy has shared). DUH! DON'T THEY GET IT!

I also find it interesting that they don't recommend the H1N1 for babies under the age of 6 months, which we have all read is the same age when the risk of SIDS decreases dramatically. So do they know that this shit may lead to SIDS and that's why they don't recommend it for under age 6 months?????????? And if so, should the same guideline be for Hep B if it contains the same crap?!? AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for sharing Kathy... I am printing this article... I don't know what I am going to do with it.. I feel like running up the street and posting it on every figgin' door I can find! Including the pediatrician offices and OBGYN offices, and hosptial, and... EVERYWHERE! Somebody hold me back!

Well I do know that my Ob/Gyn did recommend me to have the seasonal flu shot with out the preservative and did not want me to have the H1N1 vaccine. She said there is not enough study on the effects of pregnant women and new born babies. It is very scary. However due to lack of seasonal flu vaccine without the preservatives - I did end up just getting the regular flu shot in hopes that some of the immunities will be passed onto the new baby because she will be born right into flu and rsv season.

Ok so I just reread the article and it says that Thimerosal was removed from Hep B vaccines in 2000. That makes me feel a tad bit better, but what about the flu shots? I was just looking up info about the flu shots and it says even the preservative free version has a trace amount of thimerosal. *Sigh* It seems that you are damned if you do and damned if you don't.

When I was pregnant I was shocked when I found out they gave newborn babies the Hep B vaccine shot before they left the hospital. I refused it for Rorie as the only way she would come into contact with Hep B was if I had it... which I dont. The first pediatrician we saw gave me a huge lecture on why she needed it.. Needless to say I never saw that guy again!

That is the only shot Colin ever received..... I'm with you Kathy...I'm in a really bad place right now!

Kathy and Colin's mom, please dont beat your selves up on this one. Rorie never had and vaccines and she still passed away.

This makes me so mad...since I did not even know Makayla had the hep b..until I went for the first ped visit...and they asked me about it..I said I dont wAnt her to have it...They said she got it in the hospital..They brought me a whole bunch of papers to sign in the labor room for christ sake...never said this is for HEP B...just mixed it in with all the papers for consent...unbelievable..I was lite like a christmas tree...look at her now...gone..

scary, I can't remember if Luna got the vaccine, I don't think I let her. She certainly hasn't gotten any yet. When/if we do vaccinate her it certainly won't be on their schedule, and they will be preservative free vaccines. My sister is getting me the name of a book on vaccinations that her sister in law read and she said it's really very scary. They have already decided they will not be vaccinating their baby for the first year for sure.

the pharmaceutical companies have to be shittin themselves right about now.
