This is for mothers of other kids or mothers who are thinking about another baby. Are one of your fears that you're going to go competely pyscho and start calling the new baby by the name of your baby that died? Thats one of my biggest fears..my main one is that it might happen again abviously. Logically I know the odds are in my favor this time, and that the chances of having another baby die from sids is very low. But I am always going to have that fear..I'll probably have it still when the baby is a 35 year old adult.

" I think you'll always have your little girl on your mind and the next baby may even resemble her in a lot of ways. But make no mistake, you will then have two children and you will never forget the first. She will always be there with you and watching over you and any new siblings she would have had. I know the other mothers say the first year after you have another is the hardest. Just try to get through tomoorrow first and deal with the long term stuff later. Sending you big hugs for some sleep tonight!~ "
