I got a great run in this morning.
I haven't measured it exactly, but I'm guessing I ran about 4-4.5 miles in about 42 minutes.
What was most surprising was that even after I felt exhausted and stopped at 40 minutes, I then immediately got my wind back and ran all the way home (quite fast, I might add).

I haven't cut for like 2 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Instead i use a rubber band but it is so much better now. The little scars u get r like gone so now peeps dont mock me and crap!!

I've grown to accept the idea of a step-brother and a new step-family more over the past couple of weeks to the point where I was able to leave the Step-Family Support Group. The only problem between my step-brother and me now is distance! I can't believe he lives in Georgia.
Although I love him dearly, it'll take a while to fully embrace him, so this goal isn't quite finished yet.

i miss counted i had not cut since last tuesday at 11pm *has it mezmerized* so i acctully have 8 days not cutting im so happy i beat my recored i feel alot better and so proud of myself but now im anxious on what what will happen when i do cut which i know i will do but im hoping to put off but at this rate idk when *hugs* im just kinda cheery having 13hrs of sleep helps lolz hope u guys are ok i...1 Recommendation

i got 7 days not cutting out of 30 im happy it was difficult but my friends helped alot there was a activity at the church yesterday that we took a egg and traded it places for something bigger or better my team ended up with martygraw bead a whole bag , box of mac and cheese , cake mix and stofers meal in a box lolz it was funny my mom and sisters team won getting couches, spice rack, execdra ex...1 Recommendation
