" I would suggest going into the dictionary and write down all the words that start with the letters you have trouble in. When you are done just read them out loud over and over again. That should be able to help. "

" i think it just happens when you're concentrating too hard on how the words are coming out. i dunno, but i think when you're speaking, you need to focus on what you wanna say and not how you're sayin it. it's easier said than done tho! "

" I have problems with J's and words beginning with ST, so it never helps that my names Jon and I have a STutter... It's just your brain knowing which words you REALLY want to say without stammering...so you will! "

" With me its l,s,t,c,b,w,d and the biggest pain in the butt the most used letter in the english language E. Especiallly in words were the second letter in the word is either E or A they'd be the worst. "

" When I first started stuttering I had trouble with "re," "be," and "de" words..I am not sure exactly how this works but I have found that if I can make a sentence with a certain number of syllables in each word, that I can say it without stuttering...weird huh?
I think it mostly has something to do with my breathing and the way I say something. "
