" When I get stuck on a word I try to think of other words to use in its place that may be easier to get out...when I feel anxiety creeping on, I try to calm myself down beforehand and repeat what I have to say over and over in my head in different ways so I have a choice...umm, ahh, and like helps to...hope this helps "
