I'm asking for advice because my stuttering is getting worse and more noticeable.I'm stopping mid sentences now, and repeating the same thing over and over, like I can't stop saying it. and i sometimes get stuck on letters and or entire words like the sound doesn't want to come out right away. so any tips or suggestions would be very helpful or if anyone knows what could make it get worse randomly. thanks

that's a good question, i use a lot of word substitutions..it's usually on the first letter of a word that i stutter, especially if it is a vowel...mine does seem to go in cycles for some reason. these cycles sometimes last for months especially the ones where my stuttering is not so severe
