My son has stuttered his whole life. He managed to graduate from college. He had one girlfriend in college for a short while. He is attractive and intelligent but can't communicate well, has no confidence and is anxious to make new friends, especially girls. He has a few guy friends from high school but his friends from college are in another city. He is a talented writer but works in a deli and seems to have little ambition. I am very worried about his emotional health.
