hello again. sorry i haven't been here in awhile. been doing other things to try to get my life together. i am 6 months into stroke recovery and need to know why my sleep is so restless. before the stroke whatever position i went to sleep in is the osition i woke up in. now my sleep is restless. i tend to be all over the bed and my wife says i beat her up. now she won't sleep with me. does anyone else experience this? please help

" i totally know what you are going through. dr gave me ambien 10 mg at bedtime and it worked but i want off of it now because it is habit forming. i havent taken it for 4 nights now and think im having withdrawls but im able to fall asleep on my own now after a while. the prolem was being tired all day but not being able to fall asleep for a nap. i dont reccomend the ambien at all. hope you feel better. "
