I know we're all stressed so I'm wondering how do you start your day? I go to the computer to zone out it's the only time of the day (1st thing in AM) when I am not stressed. What do you do to start your day and do you feel stressed from the moment you get out of bed or does it begin to hit later???????????????? Just curious!!!!!!

" coffee!!! .... and yoga. no particular order. my yoga dvd gives me 20 minutes of me time (as nobody else in family wants to exercise with me). it's a huge help - when i miss my 20 minute stretch i really feel it. then i make my way here "dailystrength" site to write a journal entry. i can't write in a physical book -- if found -- it will be read ... and there would be too many questions ...a.k.a. stress. my stress is less now that i have come to this relatively daily routine. - JJ "

" I also do yoga too and I agree it does work wonders :D I also like to read to catch up on my favorite books or magazines when I'm feeling stressed. I also knit sometimes in the morning or at night before going to bed to help feel calm. :D "
