Just lost my fourth job

I am making a career of being downsized. I am really tired of working SO HARD for my employers, only to have them close or move... I am tired of thinking I have gotten back on my feet and I end up right back on unemployment.
I am at my wit's end. My boss owes me two weeks pay right now and can't pay it. My son has a test at the hospital tomorrow -- I have to pay $150 for the deductible. Not to mention my cable will be cut off tomorrow. I am afraid I am going to snap. Posted on 11/02/09, 11:11 am |

It'll be okay. I've been there too before and I know how you feel. It's just so hard when everything just piles up at once. The best thing to do is just to try to take it one step at a time. Hopefully things will look up soon for you. :D

You have so much on your plate. How did your son's test go. I also hope you were able to come up with the $150. It's hard to understand sometimes when someone has to go through so much at one time. It doesn't seem fair. Several years ago my husband went through the same job situation. It was so stressful to him. He didn't have the additional stress you have. I told him about you and he really feels for you as he remembers how he felt. You will be in both of our thoughts

Thanks Sherielyn. The test went fine. I paid half and owe half and they want more tests so where I am going to get that money, we will see. Yes, I am overwhelmed right now. Thanks for the sweet messages!
