To help reduce stress, take 10 minutes for yourself everyday. Sit in a quiet place, close your eyes and take deep cleansing breaths. When a thought pops into your head, clear it out immediately. You will be surprised how much more relaxed you will be afterward. We tend to get overwhelmed when we look at too many pieces of the puzzle. Ill go up to my bedroom and listen to soft music and try not to think only relaxing thoughts. Like the rippling water or the waves of a motor boat. then ill try to fix one problem at a time!
