I love to take walks now that it is finally warmer.

And when it is really warm, i love to go sit in a lawn chair and read a book!

What is your favorite way to de-stress and relax?

" Music sounds like a common response!

If the weather is nice, I go for a drive! Roll down the windows, take the t-tops off, blast a few really good cd's, and just cruise! Lots of fun roads and pretty views if you know where to look, and I can't help but smile! "

" walking-sometimes long walks to the mall or library or grocery store, soothing music, eating chocolate, a good night's sleep, just sitting outside and staring at the cloud formations, walking on the beach, the smell of lavender, walking a dog, smiling at people, eating lunch in the park. "
