I love to take walks now that it is finally warmer.

And when it is really warm, i love to go sit in a lawn chair and read a book!

What is your favorite way to de-stress and relax?

Maybe we can give everyone some new ideas!

" Riding out on my Harley with a group of close friends on a sunny day is the best stressbuster for me. On a cold night, it's lying in a hot bubble bath and reading a good book, at the same time!

There are some great answers here! "

" Run while listening to really angry music, really loud. When it all gets to be too much I take a "mental health" day by playing hooky from work while DH is at work and kids are at school and lounge in bed all day catching up on TiVo. I get a massage every week. Oddly enough, playing Rockband with the family is also relaxing...I scored expert on Vasoline by STP the other night! Reading is always a good escape...when I'm feeling super stressed I like to read cheesy horror novels...get a chai latte and escape for 4 hours. When I can't sleep I do a Candlelight Yoga tape I've had for years.

I'm going to try some of those guided meditations. "

" I've posted my "Stress Therapy" book on here. It's awesome. Let me know if you'd like me to repost it again.

I read the "Stress Therapy" work in-between every call and on my breaks at work. I work at a call center. I bask in the sun outside, listen to the birds, and b-r-e-a-t-h-e. Only get 1/2 hour for lunch so can't take long walks. Would if I could though. "
