I love to take walks now that it is finally warmer.

I like to walk trails, but don't get to do it hardly ever because I'm scared to do it by myself.
I like to read. Go camping Mindless games on the internet. You know the kind that don't require you to think but just past your current problems lol. Yard sales

I like to go shopping and buy myself something, and read a good book usually fiction or spirtual, I do walk everyday with my dog and that feels wonderful this time of the year ,as I admire all of Gods beauty in the trees and flowers

Having "me" time. Just being alone. With 3 teens and a hubby don't get much of that. Love going to the beach and reading.
Mindless computer games are the bomb! Just gets your mind off everything while your playing them.

Sadly, the way I de-stress myself is working. Also computer games of the time management kind, make me feel I'm better at managing stress than I am lol.
