In short. At work I am treated differently than others. I believe this one person doesn't like me for whatever reason but it's trickled into the unprofessional way he treats me. I'm dealing with immature and unprofession people and circumstances. I am ostrasized and treated unfairly for speaking up for myself. How do I deal with this when personally I have been dealing with an undiagnosed medical problem(bacterial infection) came from. This additonal situation at work has hit an all time high. Why does it hurt? and Why should I care? I'm smack in the middle of stupid chatter all day long about nothing related to work. People who scream on the phone about personal and work realted matters. I am ignored and basically treated like I'm not there. Now I know this all sounds like woooo is me, but it's really not (I don't think).

Good for you re. speaking up for yourself. Is there a manager you could speak with about the situation???
Re. your medical problem, perhaps you could contact your Occupational Health department (don't know if you have one in your company but most do) to explain what is going on?
