I have to ( also want to) attend a meeting today and meet about 6 new people. I also need to drive about 6 miles each way. This is to help me with my depression and anxiety as well as my social phobias.

While i feel safe in the car (if the doors are locked) I am dreading going along.

I have been pacing the floor, my chest is tight and i feel major panic.

Any suggestions on how to get through the next two ans a half hours?
