Way to go!!! A double celebration is a great way to start the day. Great job on the quits, Valley and Forerica! 15 months sounds like forever to me but its proof that day by day will be 15 months one day! I'm doing a double step in my happy dancing!

Thanks Everyone- sometimes I think I have to pinch myself cause I really never thought I could quit. BNut I've said it before and I'll say it again and again- the support and information on this site is what made all the difference for me and the reason why after 38 years - I finally dropped the chains of my addiction. Its a great feeling to be free- I wish it for everyone.
And a special thanks to Valley for always being my rock when I need one!!!!! just remember- SMOKING IS NOT AN OPTION- EVER!!!

PARTY HARD TODAY !!!!!!!!!!!!! The 2 of you sure deserve it BIG TIME You both picked 8/08/08 for your quit as it was a special day for each of you. You started with at lease 6 others but they have slipped or dropped out Erica, you have keept my nose clean with your important messages : SMOKING IS NO LONGER AND OPTION EVER : :) and my favorite..NOPEing....Not One Puff Ever. They have saved my but many times. You are both an inspriation and a friend with a big absorbent shoulder.. Thank you both for taking my under your wings and ending me strengtr when I needed it. I LOVE YOU QUITTERS Forerica...can I bve like you when I grow up!!!!! .
