I have been a smoker since I was 12 and I am now 31. I am so mentally addicted it is crazy. Have tried to quit a million times and always relapse. Well this time I am REALLY for real. Going on two days today, I just can't cheat. Using Chantix and Welbutrin.
My question to you is; when do/did you start to feel comfortable without one for the majority of the day? I know the first few weeks are the hardest but when do you get over that hill and really feel like a true non-smoker? Thanks Posted on 09/11/09, 01:09 pm |

I really wasn't sure that I was going to succeed until about a week in when I finally took everyone's advice and read Allen Carr's book. Once I finished the book I was positive I was forevermore a non-smoker. It was about a month before I noticed that I wasn't thinking about cigarettes during my day.
