" Hey Shelley, hope your cravings have died down now.Maybe if the rt was working for you then you should have stayed on it a bit longer. However,if you've been off it a while then like Rachael said,it's those horrible psychological cravings that are just as bad,if not worse than the physical ones.Keep coming onto the boards and remember always, how fantastically well you have done to get this far xx "

" Ive had times where I craved bad for a few days in a row. I slept when it got that bad...you need to look after yourself no matter what. Stay away from other smokers if they are around you. It is ok to tell others you cannot handle the smoke. It is not easy to quit but it is possible. The cravings will pass, as you know. And they will get less and less. You are doing great..almost two months..that's huge. You will be inspiring others to quit too...really! Hugs to you. You CAN do it! "

" When the urge comes around, you should distract your mind by doing something...until you come up with..."hey, i actually forgot to smoke"... "
