Well worth the read to prepare your mind for quitting.

" This book is amazing, really makes you change the way you think about smoking. I quit 4 weeks ago with the help of this book and lent in to a friend at work last week. He was sceptical and said he didn't really want to quit but he agreed to read it. He came into work today raving about how amazing it was and he too has quit. Allen Carr is an amazing man, god rest his soul. "

" I was in the second month of my quit when everyone on the board I was using then started talking about it. I checked it out one evening at a Barnes & Noble over a cup of coffee. Oh, my! It described a method very similar to the one I used preparing for my quit.

It works if you work it.

It really helps you to reset your thinking about why you smoke and why you don't need to. It takes away the fear of quitting, makes it seem kind of easy, in fact. After the first couple of days of physical cleansing, you'll be free. Read it!!! "
