This is a link to download a free quit meter program (I have not received any virus from downloading it). It tells you how long you haven't smoked for, how many cigarettes you haven't smoked, how much money you've saved as well as how much of your life you've saved. Very easy to use and you can update it if you have any slip ups. Helps keep you motivated as you are aware of how well you are doing.
