I keep getting some weird dreams about my family. like my newest one. i always wake with that startled jump? they are really starting to get scary now. my last one had like people insides hanging on a wall with pictures of my family and i was just completly creeped out. does anyone know how to make these things stop? i'm starting to get scared of going to bed
