I woke up with the headache that could have been a tumor if I had ever had one.
I wasn't wearing a mask and I believee I must have been holding my breathe way too long. I was scared into wearing it last night. I just didn't keep it on after I got back to bed. I am scared if I don't I am going to have a heart attack. I think I am definetely paying attention to my sweets habit. I did not have symptoms of sinus issues until last night after eating reeses peices. I have been quitting processed sugars and I can't seem to quit but wearing the mask is so important now. I didn't realize how better I was feeling once I tried to quit. Does anyone have anything similar happen to them? Posted on 11/03/09, 08:11 pm |

if you want more energy you need to wear the mask, you only hurt yourself by not wearing it

You have no idea how hard I have tried. I wake up with mask not breathing due to sinus issues mostly. Sometimes bad dreams. I can't take decongestion meds because they cause other serious issues with my other meds.
I wish it was as easy as just putting it on. I keep trying and i keep having to put it aside and keep trying. In the meantime. Sleep deprivation. Any other ideas?
