i use a merage quatro and i love it. its a full mask and very ajustable

an experienced mask fitter with a good range of masks would help, masks often come in sizes with measuring of the face being needed

make final adjustmnents when lying on side in bed

dr. just fitted me with a new mask. what a difference. this one covers nose and mouth and fits just perfectly. i'm a mouth breather too so this is the best kind for me. can't believe what a difference the right mask can make. let someone fit you with a few and choose the best.

I have said before I think the reason so many don't use their mask is because they have the wrong one. There is only one I can use. I have tried others. I wear the full face one and I hear nothing. I have to check to be sure it is on.

Mine is on the left without the head gear. Take your mask back if it doesn't work!

I use the Neti pot also and don't know what I would do without it. I bought mine at Walmart. It helps me breath better with the mask.

I use the Citrus II Cpap mask wipes. I bought 100 for $10 I think. I am out of them and will buy some more tomorrow. They can be used every night. I found mine at the same place I ordered my mask.
