Surgery for turbines and deviated septum

Hi,

I'm going in for surgery this Monday to get my turbines reduced and deviated septum corrected.

Does anyone have any advice or unanticipated complications that they went through after surgery?

I'm very prone to sinus infections and have sleep apnea. I can't use a CPAP yet due to the swelling in my sinuses.

Thanks for you help/advice!
