I have tried every way to breath in the different masks. I have requested my primary to request a b-pap for me to try.

I recently got dx with RLS and that really helps to calm down with movement, which really added to the sleep deprivation issue.

But what are my chances of having the b-pap work?

Has anyone been in similiar circumstances?

I know its always darkest before the dawn. But for once I would like to see the dawn after the night of darkness.

Any encouragement or knowledge would be appreciated.

" i also change masks whenever. and to sleep i wear a mouth piece from my dentist, foot stretchers for fasciatis, a finger thing to check my oxygen, night cream for my wrinkles, i am a weird contraption at sleep. if it makes me feel better, i use it. don't like any of it but glad to have it working for me. oh, and eye drops, almost forgot. a whole half an hour to just get ready to sleep.
