I was on 5 & increased to 6. She told me how & I forgot. Dr ok 6-8. I had 20 apneas on the CPAP of 5 & am feeling increasingly tired. Thanks

" I wish I could change my own pressures! I have a BiPAP and I do not have access to change my pressures. I need a Dr's order and then I have to take it to the health equipment store and someone there recalibrates the machine. "

" You can try googling the make and model of your CPAP machine and sometimes people post instructions on how to do it. I hate spending $200 bucks a pop just to get a prescription to up my CPAP. I couldn't find my make and model but there were several others. "

" I have a REMstar Plus M Series machine. To change the pressure, unplug the power cord, hold down the ← and → buttons and plug the cord back in. You'll see the setup screen where the pressure can be changed.
