For newly diagnosed, or about to be tested, sufferers of sleep apnea this is a great site to get educated about terminology and machines. DON'T GET STUCK WITH LESS THAN YOU NEED.
For CPAP users who are struggling it is a large community (now more than 10,000 registered) of people who have been there/done that when it comes to adjusting to CPAP Many people regularly comment that they wish they had found the site before they (1) got a machine (2) quit using cpap for years and suffered serious health consequences, or (3) suffered with inadequate treatment for years due to poorly fitting masks. |
