I realize there are many symptoms that come with Sjogren's, however, the past month has been just horrible for me. I have been under a great deal of stress, much more than usual, but even though I know what can happen it is still sometimes scary. Started with a tear in my ligament on the bottom of my foot which took three weeks to heal, then got hand eczema which is being treated with a steriod cream for two weeks, now I am getting numbness in various parts of my body that never happened (in that area) before and my right ankle feels swollen even though it doesn't appear to be. I am getting ready to move and working most days so I have been on my feet alot.

Can all of this be Sjogren's related due to the extreme stress? Some info would be greatly appreciated.

" Hi there,
Since I have had many health issues including SS I can tell you that YES stress does affect our physical well being...I was burning my candle at both ends doing what all us super women do...then WHAM...I could not even wash my hair...DX was SLE/MCTD/RA/SS...not realizing that I was overworked/stressed by life's usual stuff I never heard my body's little cries for help until those cries became a loud scream...we need to listen to our bodies more closely....I know that moving can be stressful too so if you can recruit some help that would be ideal...if not then just pace yourself!!! Take Care!!! "
