I have been diagnosed with Sjogrens,Fibromyalgia and Lupus around 10 years ago., although my Immunology specialist seems not 100% sure i have Lupus.
After 10 years it is verry frustrating not knowing exactly what is wrong.
Does anyone no what these blood test results reveal.
ENA is Positive , ANA Positive, At differant times i have had 2 differant pattens - Homogeneous and ssa, the other pattern was Homogeneous and speckled.
DRVVT(with APC) was low
DRVVT(without APC) was low
SSA-Anti RO - Positive
Immunoglobulin M - Was a little high
Rheumatoid factor - was a little high
Biochemistry - Albumin - was a bit high
My Neutrophils have been a bit low for years
My Lymphocytes have also been a bit low for years
Anti - DSDNA - is high
I hope someone out there may be able to tell me what is happening i'm getting a bit inpatient with my specialist as i have said i have had this for 10 years.
I have so many Symptoms it gets really hard to deal with at times especially the pain.
I get very little support from my family.
Thanks

" Sorry about your frustration, this is something we all face when being diagnosed with any autoimmune issue. I also have been diagnosed with Sjogren's, fibromyalgia and lupus. But sometimes my Rheumatologist says lupus, active lupus then says no lupus. I also am frustrated with the "professionals". I believe because of the nature of these diseases it is not an exact science.

I can't begin to understand all the labs, but remember these are only a part of your diagnosis. Your symptoms also play a role in everything. The pain and fatigue are the most difficult to control and because these symptoms can't been seen others don't believe you feel so bad, therefore support comes from very few. But you must be patient with them as they can't even imagine the pain and discomfort that you experience.

I hope someone is able to give you more answers, I can only offer support and understanding. Please feel free to vent your frustrations any time.

Good Luck

Jackie "

While this site may help explain to you and your family that you are not crazy and things do change. You're not a hypochondriac, things can come and go without explanation good luck to you and lots of hugs
