I am a single mom of a 10 month old. i have been doing it on my own since day 1. his asshole dad visits as per court order, but prior to our first court date his dad walked out of his life and chose not to visit. I just picked up my son from his dads sunday and his dad wants to walk aout again for good because he doesnt want to deal with me.

as long as you have your family and friends around supporting you, you will be an amazing mom.

I know how you feel. When my ex husband and I decided to have a big family I never imagined I would be raising them on my own. And when I left him I had no idea how or if I would be able to do it on my own. What I have learned in the past two years is that we are capable of amazing things. You can do it and if you ever need advice just ask. It will get hard at times but don't ever underestimate yourself!

I know how you feel I am raising my 4 children on my own now for 2 years ther dad walked away. He now calles then a few times a week, but I can count on all my fingers how many times he has visited them in 18 months.
But you can do it, it will be scary at first. Just try now to stress.

I have been a single parent with no contact at all with the father since my son was born. I am here to tell you that you can do it, you really can. My baby is nearly 19 years old and has turned out to be one of the nicest people I know. You will have to be very strong and sometimes very brave, but you can do it.
