i am wondering what your opinions are on this...

i left my husband three months ago and he has only seen our daughter maybe 10 times over three months. she was 16 months old when we seperated. she is now 19 months old. how long do you all think it will take until she doesnt remember who he is when she sees him? he is in jail and wont be out for a while. thanks!

" She will surpries you it could be a very long time before she dose not remember. I left my husband whn my youngest was one and he did not see him for nearly six months and he rememberd. he only seen them mabey five or six times. Now he left Alberta and had bin gone for a very long time and he still asks for him, there is no phone contact or anything. So she will shock you with this because my little guy sure has. "

" My son will be four in January and has not seen his father since he was 14 months. I don't believe he has any actual memories of him but he has a whole fantasy world about him. He knows other chidren visit and play with their dads so he makes up stories about being with his. He always wants to know when his dad will be ready for him to come over. It's heartbreaking. I sometimes wish he would forget about him but that hasn't been the case so far. "
