i am tired of trying to deal with my shyness, anxiety and depression on my own, and figured it may be time to seek prefessional help, i have not been to a psychiatrist before and am assuming some are better with shyness issues then others, so what kind of questions should i ask before i decide if this is the person i want to help me.
also do you feel this is a good step towards dealing with my shyness and what other ways could help me get over this.
